$49 dispatch fee gets a licensed plumber and a stocked truck to your door. No diagnostic fee if we can see the problem. $99 diagnostic if we have to break out tools to find it. After that you get a firm price before any work starts, and when repair-versus-replace is a close call, you get both numbers and the honest tradeoff. Nobody here is paid on commission.
